3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and access required to deliver services. You agree to cooperate with our team and provide timely feedback during project execution.

4. Payments

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to pause work until outstanding invoices are settled.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you, subject to any third-party licenses. We retain the right to use project examples in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

ANI IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
